treatment for fibromyalgia patients through research, education of their
physicians, significant people in their lives & themselves.

Treatments include medication, gentle exercises, proper diet,
supplementation, support, education, ridding our environments
of toxic chemicals, allergens & other environmental problems (such as
for some, florescent lighting, etc.) & best of all, learning
new things we can do with our lives to replace those we can no longer do.
Disability, ADEQUATE & feesible rehabilitation & pain control and
support are essential to having a quality life with FMS.

Dr. Morgales is a pain specialist who needs our help. Despite SB402 (the Califorinia Pain Patients' Bill of Rights) & other rescently passed laws, the DA's office & medical board in Santa Clara county did not only try him once for "overprescribing" & lost their case, they have appealed & are after him again. He in the mean time has lost his home & faces horrendous legal bills to the tune of approximately $110,000 on top of what he has already spent. This case could set presidence & therefor could effect the treatment of every pain patient in the United
States!
